Shankar demands impartial probe into ASP suspension

Former minister and Congress MLA, Shankar Rao made a sensational allegation that the Home Minister, Sabitha Indra Reddy went on a tour to West Godavari district with the intention of 'collecting' money. Rao demanded the immediate suspension of the SP for an impartial inquiry into the case.

He alleged that the ASP had been made a sacrificial lamb in the ganja smuggling case. He had also written letters to the CBI and CVC on this issue, he said.
Rao also alleged that the 26 acres of land which was allocated to the Rahejas in Moula Ali was being misused and the government should take back  immediate possession of this land.
