Selfie atop turtle lands youth in trouble

Bahdurpura: A teenager's whim of clicking pics with birds and animals by sneaking into their enclosures in the zoo has proved costly for him.

A youth, suspected to be Faizal Sheik of the Old City of Hyderabad, entered into animal enclosures and clicked selfies standing on a rare Turtle. He had even posted it on his Facebook account. This made the zoo officials see red and register a case in Bahdurpura police station. The boy has reportedly been picked up for questioning.
According to Zoo police, the photo could have been taken during June- July period last year. The boy may have sneaked in when the security was busy clearing up the surroundings at around 10 am. Zoo officials raised the security level at every animal enclosure to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
