Seemandhra MPs not a concern for Congress High Command?

Seemandhra MPs not a concern for Congress High Command? - Sakshi Post

Until a few days ago, whenever Seemandhra MPs were asked why they not submitted their resignations, they would be heard saying 'we won't resign as we don't want to lose the opportunity to debate in Parliament'.

But today, the government moved a motion demanding suspension of seven Congress and four Telugu Desam Party (TDP) members from the Seemandhra region for creating a ruckus in the House against the creation of Telangana state.

It is learnt that these 11 Seemandhra parliamentarians have been suspended till the conclusion of the monsoon session.

Now it would be interesting to watch what their strategy will be. What will they now do to evade resignation. Wonder what reason they will cite for not resigning?

Will they resign and participate in the agitations. With the acceptance of TDP MP Hari Krishna's resignation, the pressure mounts on the Seemandhra MPs to follow suit.

To discuss all these, Seemandhra MPs have decided to meet at K.V.P.Ramachandra Rao's  house on Thursday evening.

Meanwhile there are rumors that union ministers from Seemandhra are not serious about the issue plaguing the state and so have maintained quite a studied silence in the Lok Sabha.
