Procedures to auction AgriGold properties to be framed by Friday

A report on the procedures to auction AgriGold properties has to be submitted by Friday, October 30, the Hyderabad High Court said on Monday.
The Court ordered that the Committee, headed by a retired judge, should meet immediately to frame the procedures. The auction will be handled by C1 India Private Limited.
The Court's standing counsel P Raviprasad will be the Committee's advocate. It has instructed the firm C1 India to conduct the auction without any scope for insider trading and other malpractices.
