Parthasarathy faces protests in Krishna district

Secondary Education Minister, K Parthasarathy faced protests in Krishna district today.Flexes were put up in many places across the district demanding that he quit the cabinet emulating the example of Dharmana Prasada Rao. People expected Parthasarathy to follow suit.

It may be recalled that the Economic Offences court had sentenced Parthasarathy to two months’ simple imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 5.15 lakh for violating Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA) following a petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate.
