MLA SVSN Varma's daughter dies

Rajahmundry: Andhra Pardesh TDP MLA SVSN Varma's daughter died in Kakinada after she was taken ill ahead of a family visit to Godavari Pushkaram.

Varma, the MLA from Pithapuram constituency, said his 21-year-old daughter Kavyapadmaja passed away on Tuesday at a private hospital at Kakinada after she was suddenly fell ill.

Kavyapadmaja arrived at her residence at P Donthamuru village in Pithapuram Mandalam on Tuesday morning and was scheduled to visit a ghat in the district to take holy dip, but she started to complain of severe headache, Varma said.

The girl was rushed to a local hospital from there she was taken to a private hospital in Kakinada. However doctors at Kakinada declared her brought dead. AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu condoled the death.

Kavyapadmaja was a student of BMM course in Hyderabad.
