Mahbubnagar constable kills lover near Srisailam

Mallesh, 25, was in love with Nanki for the past five years and their relationship got a stage where girl got pregnant.

Although both hailed from different communities, Mallesh still promised to marry her.
To honour his words, Mallesh took the girl to Srisailam to get married. However, his intentions were not genuine. Mallesh killed the girl midway and abandoned her body at Nallamalla forests.

The Khila Ghanpur SI said that Nanki was four-months pregnant at the time of death. It is learnt that Mallesh was engaged to be married to another woman which had led to heated arguments with Nanki. Which is when he plotted to get rid of her. The incident occurred about 25 days ago, but came to light only yesterday.

Another report doing the rounds say that Mallesh had promised to marry the girl after he got a promotion in his job. But when he did earn a good position, he went back on his words.
