'Losers cry in the open, winners weep in private'

In a pithy reference to the exorbitant amounts spent by all the political parties, former minister Dokka Manikya Varaprasad said the cost of election is so high that those who lose cry in public while those who win wail in private.

He said there is a likelihood that unable to bear the losses, some losers might even commit suicide.

He felt there was a negative wave against Narendra Modi and Chandrababu Naidu in Seemandhra  and said the YSRCP would benefit from this negative wave.
