KCR's kin joins Congress

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao's late brother's daughter Regulapati Ramya joined the Congress Party on Wednesday.

A law graduate and Telangana Rashtriya Lok Dal leader, Ramya joined the Congress Party in the presence of Telangana Congress chief Ponnala Lakshmiah.
Ramya's family has been at loggerheads with KCR. Ramya had already quit the TRS along with her husband Regulapati Madhusudana Rao.
A couple of months ago, Ramya had hit the headlines by gracing the poster launch of 'Veyyi Dappulu - Laksha Cheppulu' of disgruntled TRS leader Chinta Swamy.
