Miffed Cong MP in Delhi to vote for FDI

It's a well known fact that Congress MP Kavuri Sambasiva Rao is miffed with his party for not giving him a berth in the Union Cabinet.

It may be recalled that Kavuri has already submitted his resignation for his Lok Sabha membership. The MP has clearly shown his anger towards the party by not attending party activities. However, he seems to have made an exception this time.
It is learnt that the Congress MP decided not to miss the vote for FDI session in the Parliament, given its importance.
With his disappointment at the party for ignoring his seniority, will he vote 'for' or 'against' FDI? Let's wait and watch.
