Jilted lover shoots at teen in Chittoor

A teenager girl suffered serious injuries after her jilted lover allegedly fired a couple of shots at her in Chittoor district on Wednesday.

According to reports, Bhupathi understood to have proposed to her. But she turned it down.
The spurned boy then pulled out a country-made pistol and fired at the girl leaving her fighting for her life. The incident took place in the afternoon at Yanadi of Ramakuppam mandal in Chittoor district.
She was rushed to a near by hospital and her condition is said to be critical.
