42nd Higher Air Command Course Concludes In Secunderabad

Secunderabad: The 42 Higher Air Command Course (HACC) conducted its valedictory function at the College of Air Warfare in Secunderabad on Wednesday.

The special guest for the function was Air Marshal SK Ghotia, Senior Air Staff Officer, Headquarters and Training Command.

On June 25 2018 the 42nd HACC commenced training. It had a strength of 44 officers of the rank of Group Captain and equivalent from all the three services. The course was intended to train the officers in the development and employment of Aerospace Power and its applications in joint operations at the operational and strategic level.

While giving his valedictory address, Air Marshal SK Ghotia had laid emphasis on the fact that innovative solutions and imaginative thinking is the need of the hour to overcome the varied security challenges faced by the nations today.

The Air Chief Marshal LM Katre Trophy for best overall performance was presented to Group Captain M Rangachari by the Air Marshal, and many other meritorious officers were given trophies as well.
