Helen Effect: MRO rams car into tree, dies in West Godavari

Penumantra Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) Satyanarayna was killed instantly when his car rammed into a tree in West Godavari district on Friday afternoon.

He was returning to his home after taking part in the rescue operations of Cyclone Helen, when he met with the accident. According to Police, he lost control of his wheels and could not see the road because of strong winds caused by Cyclone Helen.
A case has been registered with the Penumantra police station.
