Grand welcome accorded to YS Sharmila at Atmakuru

  Grand welcome was accorded to Y.S.Sharmila at Atmakuru in Nellore district on Monday.

MP Mekapati Rajamohana Reddy, party local coordinator Gautam Reddy, several leaders and activists welcomed her at the venue. She visited the area as part of the party program ‘YSRCP Janapatham’.

Sharmila was campaigning for the municipal, ZPTC and MPTC elections. Huge gathering was seen at the village in view of the visit of Sharmila.

She will campaign for the party till March 20 in the district. She will participate in various road shows to be held at Venkatagiri, Sullurpet, Naidupet, Gudur, Nellore and Kavali constituencies in these four days. She will address at various public meetings as part of her tour in the district.

It is seen that Police overacted at some of the venues where Sharmila is participating. They have removed the mikes at the venues.

MP Mekapati argued with the police that how they can remove the mikes as the meeting has prior permission from the authorities.
