Gali Somasekhara gets bail in cash for bail

The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday granted conditional bail to Gali Janardhana Reddy’s brother Somasekhara Reddy in the cash for bail scam.

The court ordered  the MLA to furnish a bond for Rs. 1,00,000 along with two solvent sureties and and also surrender his passport before the ACB Court. Somasekhara Reddy is likely to walk out of Charlapalli prison today.

The court recently, granted bail also to suspended CBI special court judge Pattabhi Rama Rao and his son T Ravichandra in the same case.
