Five students drown in Godavari

Five students drowned in Godavari river when they went for taking a dip on the eve of 'Mahasivarathri' in Khammam district on Sunday.

Bodies of three youth were fished out, while swimmers were on the search for the remaining two students, who were missing. The deceased were identified as Mohammed Tajuddin (7), Saleem(13) and Chanti(17), all  belonged to Chintiryala. Students missing are Suryateja(12) and Pavan(12).
