First wife's kin kill man ahead of second marriage

Dachepalli: In a spine-chilling incident, a man was killed by the relatives of divorced first wife a day before his second marriage. The incident occured in Dachepalli in Guntur district on Friday.

Ravula Koteshwara rao, 30, a techie got married to a woman three years ago. But marital discord ensured that both got separated a year ago.
Koteswara Rao got engaged to another girl and the marriage was to take place on Saturday and he and his relatives were busy with the wedding arrangements. On Friday morning, first wife's relatives gatecrashed and attacked people at will.
In the attack, Koteswara Rao, his aunt Mallamma died on the spot. Several persons, including his mother Veeranagamma, father Chandraiah, brother Linga Raju, were injured.
