Explosion at SR Lab injures few

Tension prevailed at SR Lab in Nalagonda district when an explosion left some persons injured and triggered fears that it could spread all over the place.

At first, everyone ran away from the lab. Later, as the word about the explosion spread, residents of the locality and shops in the vicinity gathered at the place in large numbers. But nobody dared to enter inside the lab as thick smoke spread nearly 200 metres from the explosion. The explosion happened in the night.

Neighbors allege that the accident happened due to the negligence of the lab management.
