Srivari Darsan Now In Stanford

Srivari Darsan ,a book on Lord Sri Venkateswara written by T.V.R.K.Murthy (Viswapathi ) is now added to the collections of prestigious Stanford University Libraries , USA and University of Amsterdam Library , Netherlands. Earlier it was kept in several internationally renowned universities like Harvard , Cornell ,Chicago ,Oford, Cambridge etc.

Recently Srivari Darsan is added to the collections of prestigious Boston Public Library which is one of the oldest libraries of the world.

Established in 1848 by an act of the Great and General Court of Massachusetts, the Boston Public Library (BPL) was the first large free municipal library in the United States.

Bates Hall, the iconic reading room of the Library located on the second floor of the McKim building, is named in honor of Joshua Bates, a London merchant banker born in Weymouth, MA, who in 1852 donated $50,000 for the library’s establishment and another $50,000 for the purchase of books. He was the first major benefactor of the BPL and initiated that its services be “free to all.”
