Driver sends obscene SMSes to Jayasudha, held - Sakshi Post

A driver was arrested on Monday for allegedly sending threatening and obscene messages to as many as 57 people, including public representatives, from Bowenpally here, police said.

The accused Kyatham Krishna, who is facing a dowry case filed by his estranged wife, was apparently frustrated over his troubled marital life, they said.
Chilkalguda police, along with the North Zone Task Force team, seized two mobile phones and five SIM cards allegedly used by Krishna for sending the SMSes since November. Krishna said he had received some threatening messages on his cell number and suspected them to be sent by his brother-in-law. Frustrated with the criminal case and not able to see his wife and child, he resorted to sending vulgar SMSes to various persons, an investigating officer said.
The accused had sent such messages to politicians, government employees among others, the officer said. Actress-turned-politician and Secunderabad MLA Jayasudha's personal assistant had also filed a complaint in this regard. According to police, they tracked Krishna through IMEI numbers of mobile phone handsets he used in the crime.
