Digvijaya comes calling, meets CM, Botsa

Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Thursday met Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh amid speculations that Telangana bill has reached Andhra Pradesh Assembly.

Kiran Reddy, who has openly opposed the division, was summoned by Digvijaya Singh to discuss the bill.
The duo reportedly discussed when the bill should be introduce in the state Assembly and how many days should be allotted for discussions.
Digvijaya Singh was given a warm welcome at the Shamshabad Airport and was received by several Congress leaders including KVP Ramachandra Rao, Danam Nagender and Shabbir Ali. Singh then proceeded towards Lakeview Guest House in the city, where the security has been tightened.
Later, he also visited PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana, and enquired after the latter's health. They also spoke about the latest political happening in the state.
