Dead body found in parked BMW

Hyderabad: A corpse found in a parked luxury car at Bowenpally area here on Wednesday morning sent shockwaves among the locals.

The locals informed Bowenpally police about the corpse who identified it as that of one Ragahvendra.

The police notified the family members who said they spoke to him at 4 pm on Tuesday, and ever-since he has not been responding to calls.

The police have booked a case of ‘death under suspicious circumstances’ and are investigating. A bottle of alcohol, found in the car, has been sent to a forensic lab while Ragahvendra's body for postmortem.

“The nature of death, murder or suicide, will be known after the postmortem,” the police informed.
