Court asks police to book case against CM Kiran

A court in Ranga Reddy district has directed the Saroornagar station to register a case against Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy for misrepresenting facts. The directions were issued following a complaint lodged by an advocate.

The court told the the Saroornagar police to register the FIR and proceed in accordance with the law.
It may be recalled that an advocate filed a petition in the court stating that Kiran Kumar Reddy is spreading fear among the Seemandhra people settled in Hyderabad by intentionally making false statements.
In the petition, the advocate also mentioned that Kiran Reddy's statement over the bifurcation, two persons committed suicide in Telangana.
