Cong is not the property of any leader: Rayapati

"Congress Party is not the property of any leader or single person, its people's party," said Congress MP from Guntur Rayapati Sambasiva Rao.

Talking to media persons in Guntur on Sunday, Rayapati said nobody has a right to ask leaders to join the party or quit the party. He said he would write a letter to party president Sonia Gandhi demanding 5 per cent reservation for Muslims.
