Comedian Ali's brother injured in accident

Tollywood comedian Ali's brother Khayyum was injured in a road accident on Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Koheda of Hayathnagar mandal in Rangareddy district on Wednesday morning.

According to reports, the accident occurred when the red Scorpio carrying Khayum and his driver was hit by a Tipper.
On seeing the accident, a passer-by made a call to the Police Control Room informing them about the accident. The actor was then shifted to Yashoda hospital in another car. He was later discharged after being given some stitches.
The incident took place at 9.30 am when Khayyum, an actor himself, was returning from Ramoji Film City after wrapping up a film shoot there.
Police reached the spot and immediately took the tipper driver into custody. A case has been registered against the erring driver. Due to the impact of the accident, Khayyum's Scorpio was turned on its side.
