CM assures help farmers hit by untimely rains

Farmers who were badly hit by devastation due to untimely rains in the state would be protected, said Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.

He said the district collectors have been asked to submit reports on the crop loss estimations. He assured the farmers that they would be compensated after proper assessment. The Chief Minister said the compensation to the victims of Neelam cyclone would also be disbursed shortly.
