'CM asked Cong to keep Jagan in jail till end of local body polls'

Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has asked the Congress High command to keep YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in jail till the local body polls are completed, said YSR Congress party honorary president YS Vijayamma on Saturday.

In an interview to Sakshi TV, Vijayamma said that Kiran Kumar Reddy has assured the High Command to strengthen the Congress party strong before Jagan comes out. Jagan's mother said she has learnt this from a reliable source.

YSRCP has got a good response in the Telangana region too, she added. It is difficult to explain in words about the development YSR did for the development of Telangana, said Vijayamma, adding, Telangana people have been hugely benefited from YSR's schemes.

The public is very much aware of the Congress- TDP nexus and will soon teach them a lesson, she said, while expressing hope that YSRCP was capable of winning any election in the state.
