How it happens?

1

2-Sep-09

The day when Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy left for the Chittoor district to participate in Rachabanda programme and died in the chopper crash leaving entire state in a pall of gloom. Hundreds of hearts have broken by the tragedy.

2

25-Sep-09

Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, who paid homage to the great leader owed to visit to people across the state to console them. He embarked on the historic 'Odarpu Yatra'. People welcomed Jagan as heir of YSR.

3

30-Sep-09

Jagan's yatra was restricted by Congress high command. Congress, TDP drama came to the fore. Yellow media raised its ugly head. It spreads malicious campaign and spills venom against Jagan.

4

30-Oct-10

MLA Shankara Rao wrote a letter to the High Court against Jagan in connivance with Congress leaders. Shankar Rao himself admitted later that he was directed by Sonia Gandhi and write a letter.

5

29-Nov-10

Unable to digest keeping himself away from people, Jagan resigned to Congress and also as MP of Kadapa to continue his 'Odapur Yatra'. YSR's wife and mother of Jagan Y S Vijayamma also resigned to the party and also to the assembly.

6

2-Dec-10

Beginning of threats : IT Dept served notices to Sakshi. Treating all the investments into Sakshi as income asked to pay tax to the tune of Rs 122 crore. Sakshi moved court against the notices.

7

24-Jan-11

High Court accepted Shankar Rao's dateless letter as petition sue motto. Issued notices to Jagati Publications and Jagan as respondents. Shankar Rao was elevated as Minister soon after HC issued notices.

8

31-Jan-11

After a week, Shankar Rao submitted some evidences to the court.

9

9-Feb-11

Shankar Rao filed affidavit with 333 pages of additional evidences.

10

14-Mar-11

TDP too moved its pawns. TDP leaders K Yerran Naidu, P Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Byreddy Rajasekhar Reddy filed a petition in the HC. Surprisingly, TDP's petition is literally a duplicate copy that of Shankar Rao. The wordings, even the page numbers and rough notes are ditto and ditto. This shows the conspiracy of the TDP and the Congress. Otherwise, how these petitions are similar?

11

10-Aug-11

Wednesday: Verdict released. CBI received a copy of the judgement. CBI swings into action. Worked even on holidays for two days. Staff deputed from different parts of country on a war-footing.

12

17-Aug-11

CBI filed FIR naming late YSR as the main conspirator.

13

18-Aug-11

28 CBI special teams are pressed into service and holds raids within 24 hours after filing the FIR. Sakshi office was raided and recovered records and computer hard disks. Bharathi Cements and the residences of Sakshi investors are raided at one time. Several of the staff members are grilled then and there creating a reign of terror. The CBI showed all its overanxiety. When Vijayamma filed a petition against TDP president Chandrababu Naidu, the CBI had taken three weeks time just to take verdict copy from the court. No FIR is filed even after a month. Shockingly, all CBI actions have appeared in the yellow media a day in advance. How is it possible? Even a petition has been filed in the court against CBI's biased attitude. An industrialist Raghuramakrishnam Raju filed a petition questioning the suspicious attitude of CBI joint director Lakshminarayana.

14

11-Jul-11

Hearing begins in HC. The HC bench headed by Justice Nissar Ahmed Kakru has issued directives to CBI to preliminary probe and asked to report in sealed cover within two weeks. Jagan’s institutions approached the SC against the HC order, but it was set aside by saying that it was just a preliminary probe.

15

24-Jul-11

CBI submitted its sealed cover report to the HC within two weeks. Jagan’s lawyers asked for a copy of the report, but the HC declined. The court served notices to the govt including the Chief Secretary and the commissioners of 12 departments.  None of the officials responded to the court order.

16

4-Aug-11

Arguments are completed in four days. The court reserved its verdict.

17

10-Aug-11

The HC gave its verdict ordering for a complete investigation. The govt which is the first respondent did not respond. But, Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is the 52nd respondent, was arrested.

18

2-Jan-12

CBI begins probe. Auditor Vijayasai Reddy, who was questioned by CBI many times, was arrested. It filed a chargesheet for formality sake (CBI has to file chargesheet within 90 days of arrest) alleging allotment of land in the pharma SEZ for Arabindo and Hetero Drugs. Filed two more chargesheets and arrested Vanpic chairman Nimmagadda Prasad. Jagan has not been questioned till the three chargesheets are filed.

19

14-May-12

The special CBI court issued notices to Y S Jagan asking him to appear for the hearing of the first chargesheet. It asked to appear on May 28. Jagan will have a chance to obtain bail if he appeared in the court on May 28. But the CBI played a ploy here.

20

25-May-12

CBI issued summons to Jagan to attend for an enquiry. He attended before the CBI on the first day.

21

26-May-12

Jagan appeared before the CBI on the second day and he fully cooperated with the officials during the enquiry.

22

27-May-12

Jagan attended for the third day. The CBI announced in the midnight that Jagan was arrested. It was exactly a day before his appearance in the court. It is a deliberate act of doing injustice without reaching the court of law. Jagan anticipated his arrest and applied for an anticipatory bail in the special court. But the court denied the petition questioning that how CBI will arrest when summons are issued. As if they are the directors of staged drama, both Kiran and Chandrababu announced at public meetings that Jagan will be arrested. Interestingly, when we recall the comments of Gulam Nabi Azad: “Jagan would have been the Chief Minister of the State if he followed and convinced to our persuasions.” His comment indicates how the conspiracy is well planned and executed meticulously.
