CBI seeks time to file counter in Jagan bail case - Sakshi Post

The CBI on Wednesday asked for time in the CBI Special Court to file a counter petition against YSR Congress Party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy's bail petition.

After hearing the arguments of both  the sides, the court adjourned the bail plea to November 23. The CBI counsel has sought time to file counter petition.

Earlier, YS Jagan on November 16 moved a statutory bail petition in the court stating that under section of 167(2) of CrPc, bail should be given after the completion of  90 days in jail. After admitting the petition, the CBI court has directed the agency to file its counter.
