CBI court judgement on Jan 21 in Mopidevi, Dharmanna case

 The special court on Friday reserved its judgment on the CBI's petition that government consent was not needed for prosecuting Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao and former minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana to January 21.

Arguments from the both sides were completed and the final judgement would be delivered  on January 21.

The court allowed Mopidevi talk to his family.
