Bride dies, groom critical as newly wed attempt suicide

Anantapur: In a shocking incident in Tadpatri, a newly wed couple attempted suicide, while the bride died, the groom is battling for his life.

The couple - Paikkirappa and Vijayalakshmi - got married on March 8. On Wednesday morning, both were found in a pool of blood by family members. The couple was immediately shifted to the nearby hospital, where the bride succumbed. Pakkirappa is in a critical condition.
