PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana is understood to have in dilemma over initiating action against the defiant MLAs.

Raising the issue at the CLP meeting on Wednesday, Botsa reportedly asked suggestions from his party colleagues on what type of action to be taken against the party legislators who voted against the party whip. As many as nine MLAs violated the party whip during the no-confidence motion and voted against the Government.   

Earlier, MLA Bikshmaiah Goud cautioned the party MLAs against black sheep in the party and alerted the party leadership to set things right within the party first. Goud said the leaders who were resorting to anti-party policies should be identified. Senior Congress leader Paladugu Venkatrao said   even the serious allegations by the rival party leaders have not been countered by the Congress leaders. Minister Raghuveera Reddy called for making revenue sadassus a successful. Another MLA Damodar Reddy complained that some ministers were not attending party offices in the districts.
