Bookie found dead in Nallamalla forests

A former cricket bookie, who was kidnapped from Amalapuram of East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, was today found murdered in Nallamalla forest area in Kurnool, police said.

K Venkata Satyanaraya Raju (35) was allegedly kidnapped from Amalapuram on August 23 and police had launched search in several parts of the state to trace his whereabouts but in vain.
The police found the body of Raju in Nallamalla forests.
Amalapuram CI Srinivasa Reddy said so far nine suspects have been zeroed in the case out of which five have been taken into custody.
Reddy said the prime accused in the case Raghu of Polavaram district is absconding and searches are on to nab him as he is involved in several kidnap cases.
