BJP Yuvamorcha lashes out at actor Shivaji

Vijayawada: BJP Yuvamorcha on Saturday hit back at actor Shivaji for his ‘objectionable comments’ on the issue of demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh.

Yuvamorcha chief Chinnapureddy Ravindra Reddy said Shivaji had wanted AP to secede from India, which amounts to sedition. He said he would lodge a complaint against Shivaji for his seditious comments.

Shivaji made these comments after Union Minister H B Chowdary said in Rajya Sabha that AP did not need special status. Shivaji was critical of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and slammed the ministers from the state for keeping silent.
