Bifurcation is certain: JC Diwakar Reddy

"Bifurcation will most definitely take place," said senior Congress leader and Tadipatri MLA JC Diwakar Reddy on Wednesday in New Delhi.

He added, "But, we are still fighting to keep the state united. This is the final attempt."

He hoped that Congress will be able to realise their folly after looking at Seemandhra congress MPs' attempts to stall bifurcation. "If the state is bifurcated Congress will be finished in Seemandhra," he said.

He pointed out that, "Committees on state division were just to prolong the process and waste time. GoM and Sri Krishna Committee just wasted people's money, time and achieved nothing." 

Meanwhile, the only way bifurcation can be stalled is if BJP decided to vote against the Bill, he said.
