Bhuma's bail plea rejected

Bhuma's bail plea rejected - Sakshi Post

The Kurnool district session court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Nandyal MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy.

Bhuma Nagi Reddy had recently surrendered before the Deputy Superintendent of police and later he was produced before the court, which sent him for two weeks judicial custody.
He is being treated at the NIMS hospital, where he has been admitted due to ill health.
It may be recalled here that his daughter and Allagadda MLA Bhuma Akhila Priya described the cases foisted on Bhuma as vindictive, politically motivated and against the spirit of democratic functioning. She has said that legal option would be explored and said the Chief Minister should own the responsibility should any harm befell on Bhuma family.
“The cases were foisted on her father with ulterior motive and propaganda has been launched by TDP district president that there would be a by-election to Nandyal soon as TDP knows how to indict the present MLA. This shows the vindictive attitude of the State Government and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu would be held responsible if anything happens to the members of our family," she said.
