Balloting begins in Kashmir

Polling began on Sunday in the fourth of the five-phase assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.

Eighteen constituencies spread over four districts - Srinagar, Anantnag and Shopian in the Kashmir Valley and Samba district in Jammu region - will elect their representatives in this phase.
