Bail plea of TDP MLAs rejected

The district court in Guntur on Friday dismissed the bail plea moved by TDP Gurajala MLA Yarapatineni Srinivasa Rao, accused in a murder case.

In another developments, a local court in Karimnagar rejected bail petitions of TDP MLAs Suddala Devaiah and Viajayaramana Rao.

It may be recalled here that the Gurajala MLA was arrested in connection with the alleged murder of Congress Party leader in Guntur District. Police  arrested the MLA recently from his friend's house. The MLA was not traceable since the case was registered against him.He is the main accused in the case.
