TV9 Raviprakash seeks anticipatory bail

CEO of TV9 news channel Raviprakash filed a petition in the AP High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the case relating to his channel belittling the Telangana legislators.

A case was booked against him for broadcasting content  that insulted Telangana MLAs.

Raviprakash, in his petition, told the High Court that he needed an anticipatory bail as no advocate was coming forth to argue his case in the lower courts.

Justice B.Sivasankara Rao will deliver the judgement on Thursday.
