 - Sakshi Post

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Mukesh Ambani on Tuesday hinted at leadership transition. Earlier, he never spoke about succession plans but speaking at the Reliance Family Day (December 28), which marks the birth anniversary of the group's founder Dhirubhai Ambani, he said that Reliance is now in the process of momentous leadership transition.

Mukesh Ambani said that "Achieving big dreams and impossible-looking goals is all about getting the right people and the right leadership. Reliance is now in the process of a momentous leadership transition... from seniors belonging to my generation to the next generation of young leaders."

He said that "I have no doubt that Akash, Isha, and Anant as the next-gen leaders will lead Reliance to even greater heights."

He further added that "Let us all wish them good luck in their mission to make Reliance ever more successful with even more transformative initiatives and achieving even greater accolades for our Reliance."

Ambani said that India will become one of the top three economies of the world and RIL will be one of the strongest and most reputed Indian multinational companies in the world.

Now, the question of who is going to replace Mukesh Ambani is doing all the rounds on social media. Mukesh Ambani has three children - twins Akash and Isha, and Anant. Isha Ambani and Akash Ambani joined Reliance Jio Infocomm and Reliance Retail Ventures as directors at the age of 24. Akash and Isha played a key role in many projects related to Reliance.
