AP CM YS Jagan To Inaugurate Sea Harrier Museum, Launch Various  In Visakhapatnam Today - Sakshi Post

VISAKHAPATNAM: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will be visiting the city to launch various programmes and also inaugurate the Sea Harrier Museum on Thursday. The Rs 10 Crore Sea Harrier museum project is the only such museum in the country.

 As part of his trip the Chief Minister is scheduled to launch the cancer centre of a corporate hospital in the morning, VMRDA sports complex at Ram Nagar, and the indoor sports arena in MVP colony. He will also lay the foundation stone for Kapu Bhavan in Yendada and the fish landing centre in Bheemili.

As per a release by the CMO’s office, the Chief Minister will leave his Tadepalli residence at 2 pm on Thursday and reach Visakhapatnam airport at 3.20 pm. At 3.50 pm, he will reach the YSR Stadium and unveil the statue of YSR at the ACA-VDCA Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy Stadium at Madhurawada. He will reach Arilova at 4.50 pm and inaugurate the Apollo Cancer Hospital. After that, they will reach the Beach Road at 5.50 pm.

The Chief Minister will inaugurate the Sea Harrier warplane museum developed by VMRDA there. He will also inaugurate the Indoor Sports Arena complex constructed by the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) at MVP Colony and the indoor sports arena in MVP Colony will also be inaugurated.

Later, the foundation stone will be laid for the Kapu Building in Endada and the Fish Landing Center in Bhimili. At 6.15 am he will attend the wedding reception of Payakaraopeta MLA G Babu Rao’s son at AU conventional hall. After that, he will leave Visakhapatnam at 7 pm and reach Tadepalli residence at 8.20 pm.

With Chief Minister announcing that Vizag would be the administrative capital of the State as part of the decentralization from September, the people of Vizag are rooting for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who breathed life into the development of the Northern Andhra region which was hitherto neglected for decades. Ahead of his visit today, hoardings of the Chief Minister with 'Vizag stands with you, 'Thank you CM Sir', ‘Mana Visakha... Mana Rajdhani’, were installed at various main junctions in the city welcoming the CM.

At the ACA-VDCA Stadium in PM Palem where the Chief Minister’s programme will be conducted, a huge hoarding of about 50 feet was installed by people in appreciation of the development of the city by the AP Government. It may be recollected that the Chief Minister had laid foundation stones for Bhogapuram airport, data center, and other projects in Vizag during his trip on May 3.
