Chhaava OTT Release: Disappointment for Telugu Fans!

Laxman Uthekar's Chhaava has brought immense relief to Bollywood. The movie emerged as a giant blockbuster for Bollywood, surpassing the likes of Jawaan, Stree-2, and other movies in the domestic market. Despite its poor overseas performance, the film was adored by many North Indian viewers.

The movie also managed to impress the Telugu audiences, as the percentage of people who went and watched the Hindi version was huge. Owing to the demand, the makers have released the Telugu dubbed version of Chhaava. Geetha Arts took the responsibility of releasing Chhaava in the Telugu states, and it achieved decent box office numbers.

Chhaava drew audiences to theaters for a long time, and those who missed it are now waiting for its OTT release. There was a lot of speculation around Chhaava's streaming debut, and Netflix didn't confirm the exact release date. They finally broke the suspense and announced that Chhaava will indeed make its OTT debut on April 11, allowing fans across the world to watch it.

However, Netflix has managed to release only the Hindi version of the film, and this has disappointed Telugu fans hugely. When the streaming giant announced the date, audiences from the Telugu states were hoping that it would be a dual-audio release (Hindi and Telugu). But that was not the case. With Geetha Arts releasing Chhaava in Telugu, there is a high chance that the film's Telugu version will end up on Aha.

Netflix also said that the Telugu audio is coming soon on its app. Considering this, Chhaava's Telugu OTT release will most likely have two platforms : Netflix and Aha. All in all, the makers of Chhaava are enjoying the applause they are getting for the movie from audiences everywhere.
