BLACKPINK’s Jennie Rumoured To Join Marvel

 - Sakshi Post

Jennie's acting career is just getting started as 'The Idol' is now airing. The Blackpink singer is reportedly going to play the K-pop star superhero Luna Snow (Seol Hee) in Marvel's upcoming series 'Kingdom War: New Agents of Atlas.' In order to clear up any confusion, her agency YG Entertainment denied the rumour and stated, "There has been no such [role] offer."

A Marvel insider claimed on Twitter that the firm had been in talks with Jennie's agency about the project "since September 2021" and had wanted her for it. Up until April 29, YG Entertainment remained silent on the subject. They replied that she couldn't commit to more than one project at a time due to her workload, which indicated Jennie's busy schedule. However, it appears that for the time being, only Jennie, YG Entertainment, and Marvel are aware of when it really occurred.

In Melbourne, Australia, Jennie recently had to leave a Blackpink performance early because she was feeling unwell; according to her agency, she was "unable to complete the performance due to her deteriorating condition."

She apologised and clarified what happened in an Instagram Story that she shared. She wrote, "Dear Melbourne Blinks, I'm very sorry I wasn't able to finish the show on Sunday. At the moment, I'm trying to recover as best I can. Your understanding and support means the world to me. I'm grateful to all of you who attended our Melbourne event. I love you guys."

Since October, Jennie and the rest of Blackpink have been on tour. At the end of August, their Born Pink world tour will come to an end.
