Rajinikanth's Coolie: Upendra Confirms Scenes with Nagarjuna and Aamir Khan!

Rajinikanth is set to deliver an electrifying performance in his upcoming film Coolie, which is slated to release on August 14, 2025. What makes this film particularly intriguing is the involvement of renowned director Lokesh Kangaraj, who has brought together stars from various film industries. Sun Pictures, the production house behind Coolie, has officially announced the participation of Nagarjuna, Upendra, Pooja Hedge, Soubin Shahir, and Shruti Haasan, but the inclusion of Aamir Khan remains unconfirmed.

In a recent interview for his film 45, Kannada actor Upendra made a revelation about the film, stating that he shares screen space with both Aamir Khan and Nagarjuna Akkineni. He mentioned, "If I am Ekalavya, then Rajinikanth sir is my Dronacharya, and I am truly fortunate to collaborate with him. I have scenes with Nagarjuna and Aamir Khan in Coolie."

Upendra was last seen in the film UI, a futuristic action thriller that he directed. The story delves into the psychological struggles between the protagonists Sathya and Kalki, exploring themes like the abuse of power and technology. The movie also stars Reeshma Nanaiah, Nidhi Subbaiah, Murali Sharma, Sadhu Kokila, and others. In addition to Coolie, Upendra will appear in 45 and Buddhivantha 2.

The music for Coolie has been composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with Girish Gangadharan handling the cinematography and Philomin Raj taking charge of the editing.

In recent news, a fight scene involving Nagarjuna was leaked online, creating a buzz on social media. In the footage, Nagarjuna is seen in a white suit, engaging in an intense action sequence where he beats up a man. One of the videos, filmed from a distance, shows the actor delivering a fierce fight. Another video depicts Nagarjuna threatening a man and then striking him with a hammer, accompanied by a crew member's Tamil dialogue narration.
