Ji Chang Wook And Shin Hye Sun To Star In 'Welcome to Samdalri'

JTBC's upcoming drama "Welcome to Samdalri" has confirmed Ji Chang Wook and Shin Hye Sun as its main cast.

Jo Yong Pil, a weather forecaster who works in Jeju Island, will be played by Ji Chang Wook. Yong Pil has a reputation for being straight forward against his office and frequently clashing with the head of the Korean Meteorological Administration. 

Shin Hye Sun, on the other hand, portrays renowned photographer Cho Eun Hye. Eun Hye, who as a child dreamed of escaping Jeju Island, eventually moves to Seoul and finds great success in the industry of fashion photography. 

According to the production team, "We expect the two actors to bring great success to the JTBC drama in 2023, with their bright and cheerful energy."

'Welcome to Samdalri' is scheduled to air during the second half of 2023.
