Radisson Hotel Drugs Racket: Tollywood Star Director Krish Jagarlamudi Involved?

The drugs racket busted by the Hyderabad police at the Radisson Hotel Hyderabad Hitec City continues to send shivers down the spine of Tollywood celebrities. Telugu film producer Kedar was one among the arrested by the Police who attended the rave party involving banned substances. Fresh reports emerged that Tollywood star director Krish Jagarlamudi was also present at the party. 

Drug peddler Abbas Ali reportedly revealed director Krish's name to the cops in the interrogation. According to Abbas, director Krish is a close friend of Vivek alias Gajjala Vivekanand who hosted the party in the hotel room.

Earlier, police have arrested Gajjala Vivekanand, Director of Manjeera Group of companies, Syed Abbas Ali Jeffery, Nirbhay, Kedhar and a few others were arrested. An actress (Kallapu Lishi Ganesh) was also named in the FIR. Acting on a tip-off, cops raided the Radisson Hotel Hyderabad Hitec City. However, the culprits have fled the spot. Cops recovered key evidence from the hotel room and sent them to the lab for examination. Lab reports confirmed the usage of Cocaine. Cops have also performed blood tests on G Vivekanand whose blood sample reportedly had a banned substance. 

G Vivekanand is the son of G Yoganand who had contested for Serlingampally Assembly Constituency on a BJP ticket in the 2018 polls. 

Meanwhile, director Krish has responded to the controversy. He issued a statement. Krish stated that he was present for only 30 minutes at the hotel room where he had gone to meet his friends. Krish said he left the hotel at around 6.45 pm. He said he also shared the same information with the police department. Krish said he issued a statement to the police.
