Choi Woong And Lim Nayoung Deny Dating Rumours

Actor Choi Woong and former I.O.I. and PRISTIN member Lim Nayoung have addressed dating rumours.

An industry insider claimed on June 29 that Lim Nayoung and Choi Woong had fallen in love after working together in the play "Hello, The Hell: Othello." The two recently travelled abroad as a couple following the performance at the Korean Season of the 2023 Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Soon after that, the two stars' agency  denied the claims. "Lim Nayoung and Choi Woong are not dating," according to a representative of Choi Woong's agency The Creative Entertainment. "They are only close friends because they worked in a play." The response from Lim Nayoung's side was, "The dating rumours with Choi Woong are not true."

In 2016, Lim Nayoung made her debut with the "Produce 101" girl group I.O.I. After the project group split up, Lim Nayoung made her solo debut in 2017 with PRISTIN. In May 2019, PRISTIN disbanded. Lim Nayoung made an appearance in the drama special "The Distributors" on KBS2 in December.

Model-turned-actor Choi Woong has previously made appearances in dramas such as "Money Game," "Descendants of the Sun," and others.
