AP High Court Sends Notice To JC Diwakar’s Immediate Family - Sakshi Post

AMARAVATI: The Andhra Pradesh High Court which held a hearing over the limestone lease case of Trishul Cement company, served notices to JC Diwakar Reddy’s family members, on Wednesday, November 27. HC postponed the next hearing to December 30.

The Constitution bench headed by Chief Justice JK Maheswari and Justice G Shyam Prasad conducted a hearing on the  petition filed for the cancellation of the Limestone mines assigned to the Trishul Cement Factory.

After that, the HC judges has taken this decision of issuing notices to the persons involved in the case.

V Murali Prasad Reddy who belongs to Tadipatri filed a petition in the High Court in 2011 requesting to start an inquiry over the financial scams done by Trishul Cement company in limestone mining lease.

The notices were issued to JC Diwakar Reddy's daughter, son Pawan reddy, daughter in law Samyuktha Reddy. Along with JC other family members, HC has also issued notices to Venu Gopal Reddy who is one of the partners of Trishul Cement company.

The HC also served notices to S Hussian Basha, S Gopal Rao, Timmapuram Devaputrudu, J Naga Subbarayudu, K Silas involved in the case.

Even HC asks them to submit their explanation on why Limestone Mines lease should not be canceled.
