Online Sale of ‘Rajeev Swagruha’ Flats at Bandlaguda Opens

Hyderbad: Online auction of “Rajeev Swagruha” flats, constructed by the state government at Bandlaguda and Pocharam with an aim to provide affordable flats to middle class people on the outskirts of the city, has begun.

Officials said the state government is selling the flats at cost prices to get back the construction expenditure without any margin. The interested buyers can participate in the e-bidding for 3,718 flats from August 7 to 17. For more details, visit www.mstcecommerce.com

Before participating in online bidding, the buyers need to visit the apartment at Bandlaguda and Pocharam places and should quote the bidding amount with block number and the desired flat number in the e-bidding. The government is also providing the facility of home loan from public sector banks, the officials said.

They said total 3, 718 flats are for sale and out of 2,244 flats , 316 flats are ready to occupy at Bandlaguda and the remaining 1,928 flats are needed minor construction works. While at Pocharam site, out of total 1,474 flats, 969 are ready to occupy and rest 505 are pending with some works. Officials fixed different rates for completed flats and non-completed flats.

For ready to occupy flats, Rs.2,800 per s.ft. And Rs.2,200 per s.ft for non-completed flats at Bandlaguda apartments where as Rs.1,700 per s.ft for non-completed houses and Rs.1,900 per s.ft is fixed for ready to occupy flats at Pocharam.
