YSRCP to contest in municipal elections alone

“YSR Congress Party will contest in the coming municipal elections alone,” said the YSR Congress Party leader Balineni Srinivasa Reddy on Monday.

Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad,  he said, “Majority of people in the state now stand by YSRCP. Our party will get majority of seats in the municipal elections.”

He clarified that they would not opt for making alliance with any party.

“It is so pathetic that the municipal elections in the state are not conducted till now,” commented the leader.

He said that their candidates would be announced soon.
